Intentport builds the Concierge end to end: the conversation design, the software around it, and the connections to the systems it reads and writes. We are engineers, and the thing we hand over is a system that works, not a prototype and a promise.
We work in English, Arabic, Russian, German and Dutch, with clients in the UAE and India.

How we work
Measured, not asserted
Every change to the Concierge's wording is tested against recorded conversations and scored, in every language it speaks, before it goes live. When we say a change helped, there is a number behind it.
Your data stays yours
Every conversation is stored in an isolated environment, kept for as long as you want, and deleted when you ask. On request it lives in your own database and cloud storage instead.
Honest about the limits
The Concierge is good at some conversations and bad at others. We will tell you which of yours are which before you spend anything.
